Mark Victor's Business Card

This is on the backside of Mark Victor’s business card. Mark Victor is a Phoenix area criminal defense attorney.
“I refuse to consent to any search whatsoever. As such, I do not consent to a search of my premises, my person, my immediate location or any vehicle or effects. I hereby exercise my rights as enumerated by the Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and Article Two of the Arizona Constitution. I demand to have an attorney present prior to and throughout any questioning at all. Additionally, I wish to consult with my attorney prior to any discussion with law enforcement officers on the subject of waiver.”
If your stopped by the police Mark Victor says you should take the card out, read it to the police officer who stopped you and then give the card to the police officer.

I think this is to document that you asked the cop to honor your 4th and 5th Amendment rights and help get any charges thrown out should the cop violate your 4th or 5th Amendment rights.

If you’re ever stopped by the police for any reason here is some million dollar advice Mark Victor gives you on what to tell the police before you talk to your lawyer.

You also have a constitutional right to a lawyer. If you say, "I want a lawyer," the police are supposed to stop questioning you. Sometimes, though, they don't hear you demand a lawyer. So you have to tell them again. And again. And again:
Cop: Where were you Tuesday night?

You: I want a lawyer.

Cop: You don't need a lawyer, do you?

You: I want a lawyer.

Cop: If you're not guilty, why do you need a lawyer?

You: I want a lawyer.

Cop: I can't do anything for you once you get a lawyer.

You: I want a lawyer.

And so on.
